Make sure your phone number or online ordering methods are front and center on your website and that the navigation structure is easy to manage on all devices.  Set up Google Posts, update special hours, and optimize your Google Business Listing with relevant and timely updates.  Utilize multiple online channels to reach your customer base — Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin — and share other local businesses posts. They too, will often share!  Consider using some of the tips and tools below.

We all need a moment to get out during self quarantine!  Taking advantage of free curbside pickup for orders placed through your establishment rather than relying on third party delivery services saves costs on both ends.  Entice your customers with adding on an appetizer or dessert free of charge with a minimum purchase.

Rotate weekly specials to keep your customers coming back for more! Promote a cost-effective option that is perfect for families, couples, or easy to reheat for singles.

Your customers are online now, more than ever!  Fill their Facebook newsfeeds with photos of tempting dishes, daily or weekly specials, and recipes.  Keep your customer informed!
